FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Once we have shipped your items, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking number from the courier / shipping service responsible for your delivery.
We use standard shipping, so your order should be delivered between 1 - 5 business days.
Your receipt / order confirmation can be viewed by clicking "My Account" in the upper right corner and then clicking "Orders" in the left menu option.
You will also receive an order confirmation / receipt via email once an order has been placed.
Any unopened items are eligible for return. Paying for delivery fees for returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once the the product(s) have been received, we will issue a return to the payment method used in the purchase.
Products can be shipped to any location in Canada only.
We charge a standard shipping rate of $9.95 for all orders, but order free shipping for orders over $75 before taxes.
We are sorry if there are any items we currently have listed as "out of stock" and we are actively working to ensure our inventory is restocked with those items as soon as possible. We ask that you check back within a week or two.
